Shipping & Returns Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All our shipping services are fully tracked.
  • Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email to confirm that your order is on its way, this will include the tracking number.
  • Our delivery times are based on our experience with previous shipments, however, please note that the delivery times may vary from time to time depending on unforeseen circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us though should there be a delay.
  • In order to check the delivery cost please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address.
  • All orders are usually fulfilled within 1/ 3 working days. During peak times (Nov, Dec & Jan) and promotional sales periods, this may change and take up to 7 working days.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

  • We DO NOT accept any responsibility for any packages lost or damaged. You would need to take this up directly with the shipping company directly

  • By placing an order with us you CLEARLY accept these terms & conditions, However, At our discretion we may offer a credit note

UK SHIPPING

Currently we DO NOT offer any Saturday delivery option. Any orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Shipping times shown at checkout are calculated from dispatch of order.

Please note that UPS do not delivery on weekends, and that any shipping time shown is from date of dispatch, not from when the order is placed and will not include weekends and public holidays.

Standard Delivery to UK addresses (excluding Highlands and NI) is £5.99 and takes 2-3 working days to arrive.

Standard Delivery to Northern Ireland is £9.99, Central Scotland is £6.99, Highlands & Islands is £9.99 and Republic of Ireland is £19.99. Delivery times to these areas will vary, and may be longer than the standard 1-2 working days depending on shipping services available.

Collection from our Wednesbury office £0 (Get in touch to arrange this)

Please note that orders marked for Collection where the customer's address is not local to our warehouse will be automatically cancelled and refunded due to abuse of this service. Please get in touch with us before you order if you genuinely intend to collect but live outside the Wednesbury area.

TRACKING

All orders are sent fully tracked and insured. We use Royal Mail, Hermes, DHL and UPS. To check the status of your order please check your order history and select the most recent order.

Cancellations

In the event you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone on 0121 726 4809 or by email at senoritaspanishsparkles@gmail.com.

If the order has already been dispatched but has not yet arrived with you, there will be a £12 additional shipping charge to reroute the delivery back to us. You will be responsible for paying this charge.

Returns

If you have received your order and wish to return it, you must notify us within 14 days by email at senoritaspanishsparkles@gmail.com.

You will then need to arrange for the goods to be returned to us at the below address. Unit 21-22 Smith Road, Wednesbury, WS10 0PD.

You will be responsible for payment of any shipping charges. The goods must arrive in a resaleable condition, otherwise we may be unable to refund the entire purchase price.

Refunds

In either event, we will refund you (less any additional shipping charges, or charges for damaged items as outlined above) within 7 days of receipt of your items.

In the unlikely event that your order your order arrives damaged then a credit for the amount will be issued. Due to the nature of our products refunds or replacements will not be given.

Packing Errors

Please note any discrepancies with orders must be reported to ourselves within 48 hours of receiving your package, anything after this time will be unable to be dealt with

Orders not received

In the unlikely event your order has not arrived, We need to be made aware within 14 days of us dispatching the item, anything after this time will be unable to be dealt with by us, and you will have to contact the courier directly to arrange compensation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking once the package has left us. 

Mistakes with address entry 

Please ensure correct address is entered upon checkout. Any mistakes are unable to be rectified once processed, this may result in delays or missing parcels, both of which, We will accept no liability for and will be unable to replace or compensate, any orders originally containing an incorrect address.
